We don’t sell personal information
We disclose data only to vendors that provide services we use (below). Advertising partners receive technical signals from browsers or devices to deliver and measure ads—not paid sales of Radiocast account dossiers or contact lists.

Access, correct, or delete your data by contacting support.
Security-minded
We apply reasonable safeguards; no method is 100% secure.
Global standards
We address GDPR/EEA and U.S. privacy requirements where applicable.
The website located at https://radiocast.net (the "Website") and all products, services, features, content, applications, and technologies provided through it (the "Service") are operated by Radiocast ("Radiocast", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Website and Service.
We take care of your personal data and aim to maintain its confidentiality and security. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We collect information that you provide directly and information collected automatically when you use the Website and Service. The categories include:

To exercise these rights or to appeal a decision, contact us using the information below.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Radiocast does not sell personal information for money. Some advertising and analytics disclosures may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California privacy law. California residents may request to opt out of those sale/share disclosures by using our cookie preferences where available or by contacting us.
Submit a Do Not Sell or Share requestIf you are a European resident, we process your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Service), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the data type and purpose. We may anonymize data so it is no longer associated with you.
We disclose personal information only to service providers and subprocessors involved in hosting the Website, the Radiocast platform, invoicing on our billing portal, analytics, moderation, payments, integrations you use, or advertising delivered on the Service. We limit disclosures to what is needed for each purpose described in this Policy.
Advertising. We do not sell your personal information. Partners such as Google AdSense and AdTonos may receive technical identifiers and usage signals from your browser or device (such as cookies, approximate location inferred from IP, and device characteristics) so they can deliver, personalize, measure, or fraud-check advertising, as governed by their policies and your platform opt-outs. That is integration for ad tech—not Radiocast giving them your profile for a fee. Certain regions treat some ad disclosures as sales or sharing for targeted ads under local definitions even when there is no traditional sale of a customer list; use partner tools and jurisdictional disclosures where applicable.
Providers below are summarized for readability. Ask us if you need a formal subprocessor registry for your agreements.
